This is why I can always trust Nintendo to at least make top-notch music for their games. A track like this really immerses me into the game and keeps me hooked. If there's one of the Big Three that really stands out with the music most of the time, it's gotta be good ol' Nintendo. I know this is a fan-favorite track, but it's one of my own favorites from Super Mario Galaxy, too, along with Battlerock/Dreadnought Galaxy and Bowser's Galaxy Reactor. When I first heard this track in The Perfect Run in SMG2's Grandmaster Galaxy, I was immediately determined to just go for it and face the challenge.
I have high hopes for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire's music. But I have no doubt XY were just preparations for the magnum opus that is the return to Hoenn.
That's all regarding the music. Feel free to tell me which music is a great inspiration to you and why that is. You can make it REALLY lengthy or keep it short, but it'd be nice to know what your musical inspiration is!

Yep, I've said it. I'm going to be as blunt as possible about this: I am leaving DeviantArt behind. I've gone ahead and removed some things from my page, most notably my sprite set for Mega Salamence that is used on Smogon's Pokémon Showdown! simulator. At the same time, I'll come clean and tell you I've been having plans to deactivate this account as early as 2018. My presence here already started fading back in 2017, since... really, I'd just lost any drive to do anything here, nor could I find any other reasons to stay. I mostly used DA to contact some people occasionally, and Sta.sh was simply a useful tool to save things on. So as you can tell, I've been planning to leave for a while now, and it's time to be a little more concrete about my situation. My first impulse to leave this site emerged back in 2017. Been a while since I've written a real update, so here we are.
First of all, I'm about to graduate from university. I'm also looking for employment during the time I'm tying the very last loose ends to this last assignment, since I'd like to gain more working experience as soon as possible. I'll be pretty busy once I do have a job, since I'll probably be working full-time right away.
Secondly, as for gaming, I'm unimaginably hyped for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. So far I've been very pleasantly surprised by the game's choices, such as including every goddamn character in Smash's existence and adding in some neat newcomers. Especially Castle
Why Ghetsis is the best villain in Pokemon
The blind hate on Gen 5 still saddens me. It's pathetic, really, seeing the same sophistries spammed over and over again. I can say that Gen 5 is still easily the best when it comes to storytelling and characters. IMO, it's got the best antagonist (N) and villain (Ghetsis). Keep in mind; I do not label N as the villain, as his intentions are anything but villainous. He genuinely believes he's fighting for a right cause, which is why Zekrom/Reshiram is convinced to side with him. However, all of that was a mere ruse to allow Ghetsis to take control later. I've never played Super Mario Galaxy or Super Mario Galaxy 2, but I cannot enjoy this theme because of the wonderful course that is Champion's Road in Super Mario 3D World. That has course infuriated me beyond all things but I do have to say, I did enjoy Cloudtop Cruise. My friend said it is from... Cloudberry Kingdom? I'm not too sure.
